The standard rate is typically USD 50 per design, but pricing may vary based on the specific design and material chosen. For detailed information, please reach out to us. Sample charges are refundable. We offer a selection of around 40 materials accompanied by color books. With our stocked inventory covering all colors from the color book, we can significantly expedite both the sampling and bulk production processes.
Is the sample refundable?
Yes, sure. We refund 100% of the sample charge once the MOQ order is placed.
How long does it take to deliver samples?
Typically, the process takes 7-12 days when choosing colors from our color book. However, for colors specified via Pantone codes, physical color standards, or other custom requirements, please inquire separately for accurate timelines.
What materials do you use in your products except for cotton?
