1. How many designs do you have?

We design 400 designs every year, 200 designs for both men and women.

2. Do you have a color book to check colors?

Yes, we do. We have a high-resolution color book in PDF for checking. But no matter how high quality the color photos are, there are still some color differences due to screen issues. So it's better to take a physical color book. Download our color book on the MTM page, or click here.

3. How many colors do you have in stock?

We have 134 colors of cashmere yarn ready-made in inventory.  Colors can be updated every year to meet the trends.

4. Are your designs in 100% Cashmere?

Yes, we use pure cashmere. We use cashmere yarn from Consignee Woolen Textile Company, Zhong Yin Cashmere Group, and also Inner Mongolia cashmere yarns suppliers.

5. Do you have a test report on your cashmere designs?

Yes, we do. You can download the test reports made by TUV on the MTM page, or click here.

6. What if you use fake cashmere yarns?

Besides our test report, all our samples, bulk can be tested at your side authority. We refund you 100% if in a negative result.

7. What's your MOQ?

One pc only!

8. What is your sampling charge?

No sample charge, since it's made to measure.

9. What's the order process?

It's very easy.  Choose our designs OR send us your designs ==> Choose color from our color book ==>settle size specificaiton==> payment ==> delivery ==> after sell service.

10. I dont know how to measure the sweater, do you have a guide?

Yes, sure. Please follow our measurement guide on the MTM page, or click here. Contact us if you have any further questions.

11. What's your lead time? How long can I get my package?

For MTM based on our designs & cols, ETD max 2 weeks.  Package door-to-door lead time depends on your location, normally 4~10 days. So in total lead time including shipping is about 3~4 weeks.

12. How do you pack my order?

We use heavy-duty polybags. If you have special requirements, please let us know in advance.

13. What about labels, polybags?

We usually attach our own brand main label, size label, and washing label. And we use heavy-duty polybags in suitable sizes.

14. Can I use my own labels, polybags?

Yes, sure. You can send labels to us. Or we can custom-make for you, but custom labels need MOQ 1000 sets. We can keep them in the office for your repeat orders.

15. What's the cost of your designs?

We have a quotation list for each design, pls contact us for details.

16. How do I pay?

We accept PayPal, bank transfers, and credit cards.
