Linking:
Let me put one linking machine here. The purpose of linking is to make all parts (front body part, back body part, sleeve parts, ribs, placket) together. After linking, we have a semi-finished sweater on hand.
We need to put two parts through the needles. Needles must go through the part holes one by one exactly, otherwise will produce dislocation. This way, we need good eyesight workers to operate.
A foothold on the motor on-off, circular needle platform starts to move, and linking yarn will link parts holes after holes.
As usual, QC will check all parts after linking. They will pick out dislocation parts, loose tension linked parts, etc...
Washing:
The process is Soak & Washing, Spin, Dry.
Soak and washing process, we must pay attention:
1-Chemical ratio, water temperature;
2-Soak and washing lead time.
A poorly experienced washer may destroy sweaters, especially for expensive materials, like merino wool and cashmere. That's why the washing process is very, very important. This process determined the handful of sweaters.
About ten years ago, the machines for washing, spinning, dry were all separated. Now we have computerized machines, and all functions have been integrated.
We can set water, chemical, temperature, washing, and drying lead time, which helps us greatly.
Once again, QC is necessary after the washing process.
Thank you, guys, and you will be more than welcome to make a connection with us. Let's study and discuss to make progress together!
