We will share step 1 today: make clear buyers' requirements; this is the most important step; we have to make clear the below points with customers:
1/ what kind of yarn does the customer want? -- to understand quality level. We can make certain suggestions on pattern design, workmanship, handfeel finishing, etc...
2/ what kind of sweater thickness does the customer want? --to understand GG,
3/ what kind of structure do customers want?--Plain, full needle, jacquard, intarsia, and rib are the most used pattern.
4/ design for man or woman? ---to better suggestions when finding requirements unreasonable or not good enough,
5/ measurement chart? ---this is key important to issuing technical files and programs for computer knitting machines. If the buyer can not give clear instructions, we can make suggestions,
6/ ready date?-- to understand how to arrange sampling and production schedule.
Thank you, and you are welcome to make comments if anything is wrong, as mentioned above.
We attached photos of the Technical File & Program & Computer Knitting machine workshop. It's for the next topic, just to warm up :) :)
