How to measure:
Neck circumference: Measure the entire contour of the neck with the help of a tape measure. Don't forget the distance of one finger between the neck and the tape measure.
Chest circumference: With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure the widest part of your chest, around your body from front to back. Measure the fullest part of your chest around your body from front to back with your arms relaxed at your sides. Keep the tape measure parallel to the ground.
Waist circumference: Measure around your waist with the help of a tape measure normally where you wear your pants. Don't forget the distance of one finger between the waist and the tape measure for an accurate measurement.
