1. Make sure fully understood requirements of design, material, gauge, pattern, accessories;
   
2. Test pattern swatch base on designs [usually in A4 size knitting part];
   
3. Technician checks the swatch before and after washing and mark record of technical figures;
   
4. Technician work out the technical files;
   
5. Computer Knitting programmer make program base on technician’s technical files;
   
6. Knitter produce each part of Ugly Christmas Sweater[front part, back part, sleeves, collar] on computer knitting machines;
   
7. QC inspection on parts;
   
8. Linking [link all knitting parts together];
   
9. QC inspection on linked parts;
   
10. Washing;
11. Ironing;
12. QC inspection on finished Ugly Christmas Sweater;
13. Technical check the finished sweater and marked data of tension, measurement;
14. Sales attach sample hangtag on Ugly Christmas Sweater, includes information of: Style No./Sample type[e.g. proto] /Material /Gauge /Size /Weight /Date;
15. Sales take photos of all details of Ugly Christmas Sweaters;
    
16. Sales arrange courier shipping;
17. Sales email buyer courier express shipment date and tracking code;
18. Follow up the express until the express reaches the customers;
19. Make official quotation files to buyer before package arrives;
20. Follow up buyers’ comments for revise sample or bulk.

• Any mistakes in design and workmanship of samples during above process must be corrected before moving next step;
  
• We must communicate with the customer clearly and get the customer's approval for any design problems on Ugly Christmas sweaters before sampling;
  
• Anything we can't do, such as extremely difficult pattern, unreasonable measurement indication, special accessories, color quantity exceeding the upper limit of the knitting machine, etc. We need to try our best to overcome it. If there is no way to do so, alternative solutions need to be provided to customers. Try to let the customer choose from option A/B/C instead of asking customer to find solutions for us.

1. Review the keep sample; Make sure team members fully understood mistakes or points need been paid attention on design, material, gauge, pattern, accessories;
   
2. Arrange pre-production sample in correct material, size to make sure all measurement to be produced correctly;
   
3. Order bulk yarn, order bulk accessories;
   
4. Technician work out the technical files for bulk base on pre-production samples;
   
5. Computer Knitting programmer make bulk program base on technician’s technical files;
   
6. Check color of each dying lot, and make sure different lot yarns not to be used on same pc;
   
7. Knitter produce parts of Ugly Christmas Sweater[front part, back part, sleeves, collar] on computer knitting machines;
   
8. QC inspection on parts;
   
9. Linking;
10. QC inspection on linked parts;
11. Washing;
12. Ironing;
13. QC inspection on finished sweater;
14. Attaching labels, accessories;
15. Sales send Shipment Samples of Ugly Christmas Sweaters to buyers;
16. Packing into required polybag and cartons;
17. Sales take photos of all details of bulk Ugly Christmas Sweaters; Prepare Invoice and Packing List;
18. Sales arrange shipping booking with forwarder and provide all necessary customs declaration files to forwarder;
19. Truck send finished Ugly Christmas Sweater to forwarder’s warehouse;
20. Work closely with forwarder, and push for BL;
21. Issue official Commercial Invoice, Packing List to buyer together with BL.

• We must work closely with buyers and send T&A of Ugly Christmas Sweater to buyers every week; Don’t let your buyers wait and keep on pushing for progress!
  
• Any unexpected problems happens during bulk process is very common, we meet new problems almost every day. Key point is we need test, try and solve the problems asap base on our experience;
• Alternative solutions need been provided, let customer choose from option A/B/C instead of asking customer to find solutions for us;
• Buyers are always most important, never try to lie or cheat your buyers!
